To that end we hire the best possible staff. Then we spend a lot of time and money training them. We constantly maintain and upgrade our equipment so that it is ready when our customers need their jobs. We are always adding state-of-the-art features to make the ordering, re-ordering and proofing processes as painless as possible.
We maintain extensive records - both paper and electronic - of all jobs we do for our customers, and all computer information is backed up using a redundant system that includes both on-site and off-site copies of the data.
